There’s a new mug on our Digital Measures mug wall! We are pleased to announce that the University of Arkansas (UArk) has joined the rapidly growing number of universities using Activity Insight university-wide to capture and report on faculty activities and achievements.
The Arkansas state legislature established a land-grant university called Arkansas Industrial University in 1871. The school opened in 1872 as a coeducational institution with eight students. Today, the university’s enrollment tops 27,000 students representing all 50 states and 120 countries. In 2011, the Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching added the University of Arkansas to its top level of research institutions, putting it among the top 2 percent based on the number of doctoral degrees granted, annual research expenditures and scholarly productivity.
“It’s a great privilege to collaborate with a top-tier institution like the University of Arkansas,” said Digital Measures CEO and founder Matt Bartel. “Faculty are doing great things and we’re excited to help the University of Arkansas share its stories of accomplishment and impact. We take pride in providing the strategic solutions UArk needs to take yet another great leap forward.”
A mug on our wall is just the beginning, Razorbacks—welcome aboard!
